Social Media Marketing - Internship

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic Social Media Intern who can help
build and enhance Vanguard Energy's digital presence. The intern will assist
in creating engaging content, managing social media pages, tracking
performance metrics, and supporting marketing campaigns related to solar
energy and sustainability.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, clean energy, and
brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating daily content (reels, posts, stories, infographics, videos)
for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Support campaign execution for lead generation, brand awareness, and
recruitment.
Research and suggest creative ideas, trends, and formats to improve
engagement.
Coordinate with the design and video team for visual assets.
Engage with audience comments, DMs, and community messages professionally.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement,
conversions).
Support marketing collaterals, blog posts, and email campaigns as needed.
Stay updated on solar industry trends, competitor content, and clean energy
news.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a
related field.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and trending
formats.
Basic understanding of content creation, captions, hashtags, and scheduling
tools.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design consistency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Telugu
preferred).

Bonus: Experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools.

Internship Details:
Duration: 3 - 6 Months
Stipend: 5,000 - 10,000 per month (based on performance & skill set)
Opportunity: Full-time offer based on performance after internship completion
