Social Media Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage and grow the brand's social media presence across platforms
(Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
2. Create and post engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories, and
polls) to attract new followers.
3. Research and implement growth strategies trending hashtags,
collaborations, giveaways, and viral content formats.
4. Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community interactions
to improve visibility.
5. Track and report weekly follower growth, reach, and engagement metrics.
6. Collaborate with the design/content team for creatives and captions
aligned with brand voice.
7. Identify and connect with influencers or micro-creators for shoutouts and
partnerships.
8. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm
changes.
9. Experiment with paid campaigns (optional) to test follower acquisition
strategies.
10. Analyze performance and suggest actionable improvements.
