Social Media Marketing - Internship

We're looking for a Social Media Intern who lives on Instagram Reels, thinks
in hooks and transitions, and isn't shy of the front camera. You'll help us
create scroll-stopping content, build our online community, and bring the
Birch & Co. vibe to life across platforms. This is an Internship on-site role
in Naraina with regular shoots at client caf s/bakeries and creators' homes.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create engaging social media content - static posts, reels, stories, UGC-
style content, and more
2. Ideate and execute social media campaigns for launches, festivals,
gifting, etc.
Assist with digital marketing & basic performance tracking (reach, engagement,
saves, etc.)
3. Handle comments & DMs on Meta (Instagram & Facebook) in a warm, Birch-
style tone
4. Support ongoing marketing campaigns and brainstorm fresh, quirky ideas
5. Coordinate with content creators & influencers - sharing briefs,
references, timelines, and shoot plans
6. Align and manage shoot schedules with creators and clients, ensuring
products, props, and locations are ready
7. Assist on shoots - both in-office and on set at caf s, bakeries, studios,
and sometimes at influencers'/creators' homes
8. Capture BTS content and help maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across
all platforms
