About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media & Influencer Marketing
Intern to support our digital growth. This role is perfect for someone
passionate about skincare, content creation, and collaborating with
influencers to build brand visibility.
Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Marketing (Primary Focus)
Identify and shortlist influencers, UGC creators, and micro-creators relevant
to the skincare and wellness niche.
Reach out to influencers, negotiate collaborations, and manage communication
end-to-end.
Track product deliveries, collaboration timelines, and content submissions.
Maintain a database of influencers, performance metrics, and campaign results.
Assist in planning and executing influencer campaigns for product launches,
promotions, and giveaways.
Social Media Posting & Management
Post daily/regular content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other
platforms.
Maintain content calendars with scheduled posts, reels, stories, and
engagement activities.
Curate and upload influencer-generated and user-generated content on social
media.
Write SEO-friendly captions, hashtags, and skincare tips for posts.
Respond to comments, DMs, and queries on all social platforms.
Content Creation
Assist in basic photo/video shoots of skincare products.
Help create reels, stories, and static content using Canva or editing tools.
Track trending audios, formats, and skincare-related topics.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and report weekly insights such as reach, engagement, and follower
growth.
Track influencer performance views, clicks, sales, and conversions.
