Social Media Marketing - Internship

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Generalist Intern to
join our dynamic marketing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain

media management, content creation, email marketing, SEO/SEM, analytics, and

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing
content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,
Twitter, TikTok, etc.). Monitor engagement and respond to comments and
messages.
Content Creation: Develop engaging written, visual, and video content for
blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and website pages. Collaborate
with the design team to create graphics and multimedia content.
Email Marketing: Support the creation and execution of email marketing
campaigns, including copywriting, list segmentation, and performance tracking.
SEO & SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content for search
engines, and assist in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social
media ads).
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools
like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email metrics. Prepare
reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Market Research: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience
behavior to inform marketing strategies.
Website Management: Assist in updating website content, optimizing user
experience, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Campaign Support: Collaborate with cross functional teams to support the
planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing,
Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media,
SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google
Workspace.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and solve problems.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to a fast paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout
Social).
Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator), or Figma.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
Understanding of WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant
Contact).
Basic video editing skills using tools like iMovie, Adobe Premiere, or CapCut.
Previous internship or project experience in digital marketing or related
fields.
