Social Media Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create, edit, and publish high-performing reels and short-form videos for
Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts targeting US & UK audiences.
2. Plan and execute a reels-first content strategy aligned with brand goals
and business growth.
3. Research and adapt trending audios, hooks, formats, and platform updates
relevant to international markets.
4. Manage daily posting, captions, hashtags, comments, and DMs while
maintaining an engaging brand presence.
5. Track and analyze reel performance (reach, engagement, saves, leads) and
optimize content accordingly.
6. Collaborate with founders, editors, and marketing teams for content
planning and execution.
7. Ensure brand voice, visual consistency, and quality across all short-form
content.

Role Details:
Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 9 hours per day (including 1-hour break)
Focus: Reels & Short-form Video Content
Target Audience: US & UK markets
