Social Media Management - Internship

To support the planning, creation, and execution of social media content that
contributes to follower growth, engagement, and brand visibility across
multiple locations. This internship is designed for individuals who want
hands-on experience in social media marketing, content strategy, and
performance analysis while working closely with creative and marketing teams.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Strategy & Planning:
1. Assist in building monthly content calendars, including post ideas,
themes, and schedules.
2. Support execution of campaigns for promotions, events, memberships, and
collaborations.
3. Help maintain a balanced content mix (reels, carousels, stories,
testimonials, trends).
4. Research social media trends, hashtags, and audience behavior to support
strategy refinement.

B. Content Creation & Execution:
1. Coordinate with design and video teams to help create engaging content.
2. Draft captions, hashtags, and CTAs for review and approval.
3. Ensure content follows brand tone and community guidelines.
4. Assist in scheduling posts and ensuring timely publishing.

C. Community Management & Growth:
1. Support day-to-day engagement by responding to comments and DMs under
guidance.
2. Engage with followers, community pages, and relevant accounts to increase
visibility.
3. Assist in planning and executing giveaways, follower drives, and
engagement campaigns.
4. Help identify potential influencers or community pages for collaborations.

4. Analytics & Reporting:
1. Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower
growth.
2. Assist in preparing monthly performance summaries and insights.
3. Observe competitor activity and report notable trends or ideas.
4. Learn to translate data into simple recommendations for content
improvement.

5. Collaboration & Learning:
1. Work closely with social media managers, designers, and marketing teams.
2. Participate in weekly team syncs and brainstorming sessions.
3. Support coordination between organic social media and paid/SEO efforts.
4. Actively learn best practices in content strategy, analytics, and
community building.
