Social Media & Graphic Design - Internship

We're looking for a graphic design intern who can design content in bulk and
keep our Instagram active every day. You'll create carousels, stories, and
trial reels, help schedule posts, and work closely with the founder to keep
content consistent and on brand. This is a great role for someone who is fast,
organised, and enjoys social media design that actually gets engagement.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design high volume Instagram content (carousels, feed posts, story sets)
2. Create and test trial reels (simple edits, captions, text overlays, basic
transitions, using templates)
3. Prepare and schedule content daily (using Meta Business Suite or similar)
4. Design story formats for everyday posting (polls, sliders, Q&A boxes,
repost templates, weekly themes)
5. Maintain brand consistency (colours, fonts, layouts, tone)
6. Repurpose content into multiple formats (carousel to story, story to post,
post to reel cover)
7. Work from a weekly content plan and deliver content in batches
8. Coordinate with founder for approvals, updates, and performance learnings

Deliverables you will work on:

1. 5 to 7 carousels per week (or batches)
2. Daily stories (sets that can be posted quickly)
3. 3 to 5 trial reels per week (template based is fine)
4. Covers, thumbnails, highlight icons, and reusable story templates
