New Glass Decor
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Core responsibilities (Primary):
1. Manage and grow the company's Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn presence.
2. Plan, create, and publish ~10 posts per week across platforms.
3. Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.
4. Track performance using social media insights and prepare weekly reports.
5. Research competitors, trends, and content formats relevant to the real
estate industry.
B. Learning & exposure opportunities (Guided):
1. Support initiatives to improve engagement, reach, and inbound leads.
2. Assist in identifying and targeting relevant audience segments.
3. Assist in designing and launching the company website using no-code tools
like Framer.
4. Assist in basic SEO and GMB activities including keyword research and on-
page optimization.
5. Work closely with the founder/team to understand brand strategy and
business objectives.
