Social Impact Program Design & Outreach - Internship

This internship is an opportunity for individuals who believe in creating
meaningful change and want to turn their compassion into action. By working
closely with grassroots initiatives, interns will contribute to real social
transformation, learn from lived community experiences, and become part of
efforts that strive to build a more just and inclusive society. As an intern,
you will support the Project Coordinator across multiple focus areas, based on
your interests and strengths.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Assist in designing social impact programs, training modules, and activity
plans for communities, youth, SHGs, and volunteers.
2. Conduct basic research and needs assessment to support project planning
and outreach initiatives.
3. Create engaging content and stories (blogs, posts, visuals) to communicate
impact through digital platforms.
4. Support campaigns and outreach initiatives, including youth mobilisation
and Change Maker Hunt activities.
5. Assist in project coordination, from concept development to execution
support.
6. Support creation of visual and video-based content (short videos, reels,
basic edits) for awareness and advocacy.
7. Maintain organised documentation, reports, and communication records to
support effective implementation.
