Sales & Recovery Executive - Internship

The 'Sales & Recovery Executive' is responsible for converting warm leads into
enrollments and collecting pending payments from parents who have already
booked seats in Born Genius programs. This role is critical for revenue
realization and requires strong follow-up, trust-building, and objection-
handling skills.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A. Lead Engagement & Enrollment:
1. Connect with parents who attended webinars, booked trials, or showed
interest.
2. Understand parent concerns related to the child's age, attention span,
learning outcomes, and schedule.
3. Clearly explain Born Genius offerings (Brain Development, Chess, English).
4. Close enrollments and guide parents through the payment process.

B. Recovery (Collections) Responsibilities:
1. Follow up with parents who have booked a seat but have pending or partial
payments.
2. Handle reasons for payment delay (time, doubt, coordination with spouse,
payment issues).
3. Rebuild confidence and urgency without sounding pushy.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to confirm seat availability and access
timelines.
5. Ensure timely closure of booked seats by completing payment collection.

C. Process & Reporting:
1. Update lead and payment status accurately in CRM/tracker.
2. Maintain daily follow-up discipline for booked-but-pending parents.
3. Share recurring objections and payment delay reasons with the team.
