Sales Officer [SAO] - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generating high-quality leads and turning them into loyal customers
2. Hosting Zoom meetings with potential clients and closing deals
3. Collaborating with the operations team to ensure efficient utilization of
the workforce
4. Communicating sales wins to the operations team to hire the necessary
staff
5. Ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns
6. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales, and account
activity
7. Analyzing sales data and developing strategies to meet sales targets
8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market
conditions
9. Providing ongoing training and support to team members
10. Collaborating with marketing teams for effective campaigns and promotions
11. Participating in team meetings and contributing to sales and marketing
strategies
12. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and
colleagues
13. Meeting daily and weekly requirements set by the account manager and
documenting work and communication progress
14. Identifying areas for process improvement and making recommendations to
the leadership team
