Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Attend a 3-month training program in Karnal, Haryana. (The intern will not
have to pay any amount for the training, as we sponsor the training.)
2. Participate in local market visits during the training period for hands-on
practical exposure.
3. Observe and learn communication skills, product detailing, sales
terminology, billing processes, and payment agreements.
4. After successful completion of training, conduct market visits in the
assigned territory to promote cosmetic products and generate orders.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
6. Work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to overall business
growth.

We are currently serving customers across four states and are now looking to expand our presence and enter new regions with a wider, more efficient distribution network. Our products are in the market under the name of Takshbeauty.
