DevSkillZ Learning HUB is an innovative edtech platform dedicated to
empowering learners through IT courses, live workshops with industry experts,
and professional sales training programs. We aim to bridge the gap between
academic learning and real-world skills by providing practical, hands-on
learning experiences guided by corporate professionals and IIT mentors. We are
offering an exciting Sales & HR Internship opportunity for MBA students who
are passionate about sales, business development, and people management. This
is a work-from-home internship designed to help you learn, grow, and earn from
the comfort of your home.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.Sales & Marketing
2.Promote DevSkillZ Learning HUB's courses, workshops, and training programs.
3. Reach out to potential students and convert leads into enrollments.
4. Achieve sales targets within specified timelines.
5. Participate in webinars, workshops, and promotional activities.
6. Human Resources (HR)
7 .Assist in recruiting student ambassadors and campus representatives.
8.Coordinate onboarding and maintain intern records.
9 .Support team coordination and communication activities.
10. Contribute to creating a positive, performance-driven work culture.

Learning Opportunities:
Get trained in Sales Techniques, Digital Marketing, and HR Coordination.
Learn from industry experts and mentors from IITs.
Develop leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Stipend & Incentives:
Performance-Based Stipend: 3,000 - 10,000
Eligible for stipend after achieving minimum sales of 20,000 within the first
15 days.
Internship Completion Certificate awarded after achieving minimum sales of
10,000.
Incentives for sales beyond 20,000.
Certificate of Appreciation for extraordinary performance.

Flexible - Based on performance and project requirements

Work Mode:

Eligibility:
MBA (Sales, Marketing, or HR specialization preferred)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Strong interest in edtech, sales, and people management
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
