Job Description:

Visdum is looking to hire a creative and energetic Outbound Sales Development
Representative to grow our revenue through outbound sales efforts. As an
Outbound SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying
leads, initiating contact with prospects, and nurturing relationships to drive
sales conversions via emails, LinkedIn, and cold calls.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify leads
through email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and cold calling.
2. Connect with and educate prospects based on buyer personas, identifying
sales opportunities.
3. Track buyer intent signals and send hyper-personalized emails to engaged
prospects to schedule meetings.
4. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and outbound
prospecting efforts to schedule qualified sales demos.
5. Create and maintain a database of prospects, using platforms like Apollo,
HubSpot, and Snov.io.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product
development, and customer support, to ensure alignment in sales efforts and
provide feedback on market trends and client needs.

Requirements:

1. Excited to learn outbound sales and grow revenue using outbound Demand Gen
tactics.
2. Outcome-oriented > Task-oriented.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Expertise in using Excel or Google Sheets.
5. Strong sales and business development abilities.
6. A proactive and result-oriented mindset.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
8. Familiarity with or prior experience in sales or business development
roles in SaaS.
