Sales Counselor - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Calling and counselling students regarding education programs and career
opportunities offered by NS3Edu.
2. Explaining course details, fee structure, and helping students choose the
right program.
3. Maintaining follow-ups with potential leads and converting them into
admissions.
4. Coordinating with college placement cells and managing placement-related
activities.
5. Assisting the HR/placement team in organizing campus drives and
maintaining candidate data.
6. Managing student records, attendance, and maintaining Excel sheets or CRM
data.
7. Supporting marketing and outreach activities on social media and other
platforms.
8. Working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth communication
between students, colleges, and recruiters.
9. Meeting daily/weekly targets related to calls, counselling sessions, and
placement coordination.
10. Preparing short reports on daily progress and sharing updates with the HR
or reporting manager.
