Sales and Marketing - Internship

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building
strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires
excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to
understand customer needs.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
A. Sales & Lead Generation:
1. Identify potential customers and generate new leads
2. Approach prospects through calls, visits, emails, and networking
3. Present products/services clearly and confidently
4. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
B. Customer Relationship Management:
1. Maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers
2. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
3. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders
4. Handle customer issues professionally and ensure satisfaction
C. Product & Market Knowledge:
1. Stay updated on product features and industry trends
2. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market changes
3. Provide feedback to management to improve products/services
D. Reporting & Coordination:
1. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
2. Update CRM or sales trackers regularly
3. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and service
support
