Sales and Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Effectively communicating with suppliers to facilitate smooth operations.
2. Coordinating with printers, embroidery workers, and other specialized
vendors for product customization and sample creation.
3. Following up with vendors for prompt sampling, negotiating rates, and
ensuring timely deliveries.
4. Assisting the sales team in arranging and organizing meetings with
prospective clients.
5. Accompanying the sales manager to client meetings and presentations.
6. Supporting product customization efforts by liaising with suppliers and
vendors as necessary.
7. Following up with customers for timely payments and ensuring collections
are made promptly.
8. Preparing quotations for clients and assisting in generating Pro forma
invoices and purchase orders.
