Day-to-Day Responsibilities Sales & Marketing Intern (PIKORUA Realty)
(specific responsibilities will depend on whether you will be placed in Sales
or Marketing team)

As a Sales & Marketing Intern at PIKORUA Realty, you will play a key role in
supporting our mission to connect elite clients with exceptional properties.
This role is designed for young professionals who wish to learn, grow, and
experience the art of selling luxury with intelligence, empathy, and
creativity.

1. Client Communication & Sales Support
Engage confidently with luxury home buyers and investors over the phone,
understanding their requirements and preferences.
Assist the sales team in client follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and
property presentations.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information, inquiries, and
interaction details.
Learn and implement high-end communication etiquette suitable for premium
clientele.

2. Marketing & Brand Visibility
Help conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns to increase the
brand visibility of PIKORUA Realty.
Manage and regularly update the company's social media pages (Instagram,
Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging, visually appealing content.
Brainstorm and contribute fresh content ideas luxury property reels, success
stories, brand quotes, and customer testimonials.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign calendars, brand storytelling,
and ad content creation.

3. Lead Generation & Market Research
Support in lead generation activities, including identifying potential clients
through digital platforms, referrals, and online property forums.
Conduct market research on luxury property trends, competitor analysis, and
target audience behavior.
Help track performance of campaigns, ads, and lead funnels, suggesting data-
driven improvements.

4. Administrative & Coordination Tasks
Assist in preparing marketing and sales reports, presentations, and
documentation.
Coordinate with channel partners, designers, and vendors when required.
Help organize open houses, client visits, and promotional events.

5. Creative & Strategic Contribution
Participate in brainstorming sessions with the leadership team to ideate
innovative ways to enhance brand recall and client experience.
Stay updated with luxury industry trends real estate, lifestyle, cars, travel,
and fashion to align the brand's tone and aesthetic with global standards.

6. Learning & Professional Development
Observe and learn the entire luxury sales process from client inquiry to
property closing.
Attend internal training sessions on luxury communication, branding, and
client psychology.
Work closely with the Founder & Marketing Head on special projects and
campaigns.
