3. Managing and updating the customer database using MS Excel and MS Word.
4. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop engaging content for
social media and marketing campaigns.
5. Supporting the sales team in creating and implementing strategies to drive
sales growth.
6. Assisting in organizing and attending promotional events to showcase our
services.
7. Providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries
and resolving issues.
