Sales and Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.Sales & Marketing
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the events and exhibition
industry.
Make outbound calls to exhibitors to introduce our exhibition stand design &
fabrication services.
Contact corporate companies to schedule meetings, understand their event
requirements, and present solutions.
Present company profiles, portfolios, and sales presentations to potential
clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up on leads.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Communication & Coordination
Understand client needs and communicate requirements clearly to the design and
production teams.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and work closely with internal teams to deliver
client-ready solutions.
Attend exhibitions, events, and client meetings (locally and internationally).
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, proposals, and follow-ups.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports using Microsoft Office tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sales & marketing (preferably in events/exhibitions).
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good internet research skills.
Ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
Willingness to travel worldwide for meetings and exhibitions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident.
Additional Preferences (Optional):
Knowledge of exhibition stand design or event production industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Multi-lingual speaking skills.
