Sales And Marketing Associate - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Week 1-2 (sales phase):

1. Visit nearby schools in your area to build awareness and engagement
2. Introduce our cutting-edge drone-based education programs to school staff
and students
3. Arrange workshops and demos in coordination with school authorities
4. Represent our company as a brand ambassador on the ground and promote our
offerings

Week 3-4 (marketing phase):

1. Work remotely and handle engaging marketing tasks as assigned
2. Perform social media outreach to increase brand visibility and engagement
3. Execute lead generation and follow-up to support sales efforts
4. Manage campaign promotion and reporting to track effectiveness

Qualification: Open to graduates and candidates currently pursuing graduation.

Stipend:
1. A fixed amount of 3,000 + variable (performance-based incentives)
2. Performance Incentives: 200 for each workshop or demo successfully
arranged and 500 for each school successfully converted
3. The variable component depends on individual performance during the
internship
