Retention Marketing & Graphic Designing - Internship

We're looking for a 'Retention Marketing & Graphic Designing Internship' with
a strong eye for aesthetics, brand identity, and creative communication. You
will design social media creatives, marketing materials, website graphics,
email/WhatsApp visuals, and campaign assets for Toposel and its clients. If
you enjoy creating visually appealing designs that communicate clearly and
support digital marketing goals - this role is perfect for you.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Design creatives for social media, ads, campaigns, website banners, and
CRM channels (email, WhatsApp, push).
2. Create marketing materials and brand assets while ensuring brand
consistency.
3. Support retention marketing activities like CRM campaigns, user engagement
creatives, and loyalty initiatives.
4. Collaborate with marketing, content, and CRM teams to plan and execute
campaigns.
5. Repurpose creatives across digital, social, web, and print formats.
6. Track and optimize creatives based on campaign performance and engagement.
7. Use CRM tools to effectively launch email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns.
8. Coordinate with client for feedback
9. Make reports on a weekly and monthly basis
