Research And Development (R&D) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Researching the EdTech market by understanding student behavior, analyzing
competitors, and supporting the R&D team in developing new product ideas for
ZapSkill, our AI-powered gamified learning platform.
2. Conducting market studies to identify trends in EdTech, student learning
behavior, pricing models, and emerging technologies.
3. Analyzing competitors and preparing comparison reports that highlight
gaps, opportunities, and unique platform features.
4. Collecting and analyzing user feedback from students, colleges, and online
communities to support product improvements.
5. Collaborating with the R&D team to brainstorm new features, validate
ideas, and prepare concept notes for upcoming product modules.
6. Creating and maintaining reports and documentation based on research
findings, surveys, and user interviews.
7. Supporting the team in preparing pitch materials, product strategy
outlines, and market justifications for grants and funding.
