Reddit Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitor relevant subreddits to track conversations, community sentiment,
and trending topics related to Blink and the smart home/security market.
2. Engage organically with users by answering questions, participating in
threads, and contributing value without appearing overly promotional.
3. Create and schedule Reddit posts that align with Blink's messaging,
product launches, and community interests.
4. Identify content opportunities such as AMAs, product tips, user
testimonials, and educational posts.
5. Conduct social listening analysis to surface common user pain points,
feedback, product feature requests, and competitive activity.
6. Compile weekly insights reports summarizing sentiment trends, engagement
metrics, and community observations.
7. Coordinate with internal marketing teams to ensure messaging accuracy and
Reddit-specific content strategy alignment.
8. Track post performance metrics, including upvotes, comments, traffic, and
community reception for ongoing optimization.
9. Stay updated with Reddit community guidelines and ensure all engagement
follows best practices and subreddit-specific rules.
10. Support brand safety monitoring by flagging misinformation, risks, or
customer escalation opportunities.
11. Build relationships with subreddit moderators where appropriate to
explore collaboration, pinned posts, or AMA approvals.
12. Research and test new subreddit opportunities to expand Blink's organic
presence in relevant communities.
