Recruitment - Internship

As a Recruitment intern at Hurix Digital, you will have the opportunity to

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with posting job openings on various platforms and social media
channels
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens with potential candidates
3. Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication
4. Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment
databases
5. Assist with organizing recruitment events and career fairs
6. Support the recruitment team with various administrative tasks
7. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze recruitment metrics and data
