Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in posting job openings on various platforms
2. Conduct initial screenings of potential candidates
3. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
4. Maintain and update candidate databases using MS-Excel
5. Assist in drafting job descriptions and offer letters using MS-Word
6. Participate in recruitment events and fairs
7. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
