Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Understanding the manpower requirement of the client company.
2. Sourcing quality and sufficient CVs from various relevant sources like job
portals, resume database, LinkedIn & other social media platforms, references,
etc.
3. Sorting the applications, preliminary screening of the shortlisted
candidates, submitting resumes to the client, following-up with clients for
feedback, and coordinating interviews.
4. Closely working with clients to understand their challenges and working
with them to address them.
5. Supporting candidates in exploring suitable job opportunities within our
clientele and helping them get the best possible job opportunity.
6. Working closely with colleagues to expand your learning and collaboration.
7. Following the defined standards of work, process, and values to percolate
a positive work culture.
8. Committing towards the purpose and goal of the organization.
