Recruitment - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screen applicants to evaluate whether they meet position requirements and
manage the end-to-end recruitment process
2. Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to assess the effectiveness of
recruiting plans and their implementation
3. Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates in advance of hiring
needs
4. Manage onboarding activities and coordinate related processes
5. Maintain and update reports and spreadsheets for historical data, and
manage email queues efficiently
6. Collaborate with the operations team to generate and track daily, weekly,
and monthly reports
