3. Update and maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
4. Support in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
5. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected
candidates.
6. Assist in drafting job postings and job descriptions.
7. Collaborate with the HR team on various recruitment projects and
initiatives.
