Recruitment Consultant - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the job requirement, screening parameters, and clients'
business upon receipt of job information.
2. Source of resumes from various online/offline tools.
3. Incorporate new and innovative ways of sourcing resumes for permanent
staffing.
4. Screening resumes with available job information/job description while
working on the job requirements.
5. Communicate with candidates with employer information and benefits during
the screening process over the phone after taking their consent for processing
their resume for the job.
6. Perform phone interviews with candidates against the required parameters
for the role before recommending the candidate profile to the account manager.
7. Share Vacancy Details with candidates before sharing the profile with the
Account Manager, and follow up on the acknowledgement of such an email.
8. Ensure delivery of assignments with quality resumes within the set TAT.
9. Schedule interviews of shortlisted candidates upon receipt of feedback
from the client on the resumes shared.
10. Share interview details with candidates and the interview schedule with
the account manager upon confirmation of the interview schedule as per client
availability. Constant Interview follow-ups and rapport building with
candidates to ensure candidates attend interviews as per schedule.
11. Performing reference and background checks as an when required.
12. Upon selection of a candidate, follow up on the required documents for
further process as per client requirement, negotiate on offer if required by
client, and build a constant relationship with the candidate till they join
and take regular feedback even after joining of candidate.
13. Work on MIS reports as per the company's requirements.
