Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and
Indeed.
2. Applying Boolean search techniques and utilizing applicant tracking
systems (ATS).
3. Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on specific job
requirements.
4. Engaging in verbal communication with candidates and clients to ensure
clarity and professionalism.
5. Drafting clear and professional written communication, including emails,
job postings, and reports.
6. Practicing active listening to understand and address both client and
candidate needs effectively.
