Recruitment Consultant - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct research to identify potential candidates across management
consulting, private equity, and investment banking domains.
2. Support database management structuring, cleaning, and updating candidate
information in Excel and internal trackers.
3. Engage in first-level candidate reach-outs via LinkedIn or email to assess
interest and availability for open roles.
4. Coordinate with the recruitment team to prepare talent maps and maintain
dashboards of active mandates.
5. Assist in developing target company lists and competitor analyses for
market mapping projects.
