Recruitment Consultant - Internship
Udaghosh Social Welfare Society
Udaghosh Social Welfare Society is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
application support assistant to support our organization's efforts in
identifying and applying for employment opportunities in Germany across
procurement, supply chain, customer support, and advisory functions. The
selected intern will contribute to our international outreach and capacity-
building initiatives by managing the end-to-end application process, tailoring
professional documents, and coordinating communication with potential
employers and partners in Germany.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Researching and identifying relevant job openings in Germany aligned with
organizational goals.
2. Preparing and tailoring CVs and cover letters (in German and/or English)
according to application requirements.
3. Maintaining an organized tracker of applications and follow-up schedules.
4. Drafting and sending professional communication to recruiters or HR
departments.
5. (Optional) Assisting with LinkedIn profile optimization and professional
networking outreach.
