Recruiter - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback.
5. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
6. Support onboarding of selected candidates.
