Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting basic lead profiling: Calling or messaging incoming leads to
verify their basic requirements like location, budget range, family type, and
preferred project types, without hard selling.
2. Supporting in weekend site visit coordination: Helping schedule and
confirm appointments for site visits. Coordinating between clients and sales
representatives to ensure time slots are optimized.
3. Creating WhatsApp message templates and sharing collaterals: Drafting and
personalizing project intro messages, brochures, or location maps to be shared
via WhatsApp Business API or manually.
4. Maintaining project comparison sheets: Assisting in preparing Excel or
Google Sheets comparing pricing, RERA details, and amenities across multiple
projects for internal reference.
5. Helping in call logs and follow-up calendar maintenance: Working with the
pre-sales executive to ensure all daily follow-ups are recorded and reminders
are set for future callbacks.
6. Shadowing senior executives in office walk-ins: Sitting in on walk-in
client briefings to observe how client needs are captured and matched to
available inventory.
7. Reporting daily to team lead: Submitting short EOD (End of Day) summaries
on tasks completed, calls made, lead updates, or observations from the floor.
