Quality Executive (Spice Industry) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop Excel and Google Sheets systems to organize and streamline data
management processes
2. Gather and analyze data to generate insights and support decision-making
3. Create videos and training content to assist in staff learning and process
improvement
4. Manage YouTube activities by uploading, optimizing, and maintaining video
content
5. Assist in quality control (QC) activities to ensure adherence to company
standards
6. Support the QC team in performing routine checks for raw materials, in-
process goods, and finished products
7. Record QC observations accurately in designated checklists using Excel or
Google Sheets
8. Assist in collecting and labeling samples for quality evaluation
9. Monitor and record parameters such as weight, moisture, packaging
integrity, and labeling accuracy
10. Maintain traceability records by documenting batch numbers, dates, and
operator details
11. Report deviations or abnormalities immediately to the QC Manager for
corrective measures
12. Document corrective actions and update QC logs to ensure process
compliance
13. Prepare training materials and videos to support QC procedures and staff
development
14. Prepare documentation required for BRC compliance and audits
