Quality Analyst - Internship

The quality analyst is responsible for monitoring recorded customer
interaction calls to evaluate agent performance, ensure compliance with
quality standards, and provide structured feedback for continuous improvement.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Review and evaluate recorded calls as per defined quality parameters
2. Assess communication skills, process adherence, and compliance standards
3. Provide clear, constructive feedback to agents and supervisors
4. Prepare quality reports, scorecards, and trend analysis
5. Identify recurring gaps and recommend training or process improvements
6. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines

We are the biggest channel partner in the west region for Yes Bank personal loan, IDFC Bank personal loan, Shriram Finance, Aditya Birla Personal Loan, etc. We want to hire good talent to support our expansion plan.
