QA Testing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitoring and analyzing AWS metrics and maintaining performance
dashboards for ongoing system health tracking.
2. During client/server releases or deployments, the team actively
communicates updates via email, conducts post-release verification testing,
and ensures smooth deployment.
3. Ensuring that all games are operating without interruptions and of a high
quality
4. Identifying and resolving all real-time incidents of our games relating to
all components of operations, including but not limited to gameplay, network
connectivity, server availability, etc.
5. Monitoring critical application functions and infrastructure components
via the provided monitoring tools
6. Identifying, analyzing, logging in, and escalating all alerts as
necessary.
7. Working with internal systems (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
8. Recording all events related to major incidents and producing incident
reports for the concerned departments
9. Working on installing and upgrading mobile games
10. Playing and testing live games on mobile and web platforms
11. Working with stakeholders and teams to identify and capture test results
