Project management & Marketing Intern (AI Automation Product)

About us:

We are building an AI automation product that's transforming the recruitment
industry. Our AI agent assists recruiters by automating sourcing and screening
so they can focus on quality hiring decisions and save valuable time.

We are looking for a project management & marketing intern someone who's
organized, entrepreneurial, and passionate about both AI and marketing. You'll
work directly with the founder to strategize, execute, and drive market
traction for our product.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage and coordinate sales & marketing initiatives for the AI product.
2. Conduct market research on recruitment tech, AI trends, and competitors.
3. Identify, generate, and nurture leads in the HR/recruitment space.
4. Help design and execute marketing campaigns and outreach strategies.
5. Craft compelling sales pitches, emails, and presentations.
6. Track progress, maintain dashboards, and report key outcomes.
7. Collaborate on new ideas and improvements bringing in your entrepreneurial
energy.
