About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Intern
who will support social media handling, PR activities, marketing coordination,
and project execution for the publishing division. This role is perfect for
someone who enjoys planning, communication, and multitasking across creative
and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Assist in planning and scheduling posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook,
YouTube, etc.
Coordinate with designers, writers, and editors for content creation.
Track engagement, comments, DMs, and audience interactions.
Help with social media reports and performance analytics.
PR & Marketing Coordination
Support PR activities like influencer outreach, author promotions, and media
connections.
Coordinate with bloggers, reviewers, and book clubs for collaborations.
Assist in executing marketing campaigns for book launches and promotions.
Research marketing trends within the publishing industry.
Project Management
Maintain project trackers and ensure timelines are met.
Communicate with internal teams (editorial, design, sales) for project
updates.
Help with event coordination for book launches, author sessions, or virtual
events.
Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Content & Documentation
Assist in preparing presentations, briefs, reports, and campaign summaries.
Draft basic communication copies for PR, announcements, or social media (if
required).
Maintain organized documentation for all project activities.

Requirements:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Interest in publishing, books, content, marketing, or PR.
Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and basic project tracking tools.
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.

Good to Have:
Experience with Canva, Figma, or basic design tools.
Knowledge of influencers/bloggers in the book community.
Prior internship in marketing, social media, or content-based roles.
