This role offers hands-on experience in program design/management and impact-
driven work, perfect for students or recent graduates eager to make a
difference.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in designing, coordinating, and managing programs
2. Develop materials, draft proposals, and create concept notes
3. Conduct research and analyze program effectiveness to identify
improvements
4. Engage with stakeholders (e.g., partners, communities, and youth groups)
for smooth communication
5. Support other program-related activities as needed
