Product Operations - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitor AI interview workflows Oversee the daily execution of automated
interview processes to ensure smooth operations and accurate functioning.

2. Review AI interview recordings Evaluate candidate interviews, flag
inconsistencies or potential malpractices, and ensure data integrity.

3. Analyze operational data Collect and organize data from interviews and
platform activities to identify trends and performance metrics.

4. Prepare feedback reports Generate structured feedback for product and tech
teams to improve system efficiency and user experience.

5. Track and document issues Record technical or process-related issues,
escalate them promptly, and maintain issue logs for review.

6. Maintain dashboards & reports Update and manage operational dashboards to
track interviews, candidate progress, and system health.
