Product Marketing - Internship

AJD Solutions is looking for a Product Marketing & Development Intern
The intern will assist in managing and growing our SaaS product BacklinkCRM.io
by supporting both product documentation and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands product workflows, is eager to
learn how SaaS products grow, and can communicate technical information
clearly through well-structured documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and maintenance of BacklinkCRM.io's product
documentation, including feature descriptions, user guides, and onboarding
materials.
2. Collaborate with the product and tech teams to understand new updates and
translate them into easy-to-understand documentation.
3. Conduct research on user experience and competitor tools to suggest
product improvements.
4. Support product marketing efforts such as landing page updates, feature
announcements, and blog content creation.
5. Assist in planning and executing product launch activities, email
campaigns, and website updates.
6. Help in gathering and analyzing user feedback to identify opportunities
for improvement.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to create educational and promotional
content around the product.
8. Stay updated with SaaS and product marketing trends to propose fresh ideas
for positioning and communication.
9. Ensure all documentation is consistent, accurate, and aligned with brand
tone and style.
10. Be proactive in coordinating between marketing, tech, and design teams
for timely deliverables.
