Product Manager - Internship

As a Product Manager Intern, you will work closely with the founding team to
plan, organize, and improve FileSure's products - from company filings to data
insights and alerts. This is not a coding role; instead, it focuses on
understanding user needs, defining product features, and coordinating between
business, design, and tech teams to deliver value.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A. Product Planning & Strategy
1. Understand the MCA ecosystem and FileSure's service suite.
2. Research competitors, user behavior, and product trends in compliance and
fintech.
3. Create feature documentation, user flows, and product requirement
documents (PRDs).
4. Define product KPIs (engagement, retention, feature adoption).

B. Roadmap & Execution
1. Maintain and update the product roadmap prioritize features by impact and
feasibility.
2. Coordinate with design and tech teams for development timelines and QA
testing.
3. Assist in preparing launch plans, feature announcements, and feedback
loops.

C. User & Market Insights
1. Conduct user interviews and surveys to capture feedback.
2. Analyze support tickets, chat queries, and customer pain points.
3. Translate insights into actionable product improvements.

D. Collaboration & Documentation
1. Work with marketing to align product features with campaigns.
2. The document features briefs, FAQs, and knowledge base entries.
3. Support leadership in creating pitch decks or investor updates on product
progress.
