Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Analyze behavioral patterns in frontline and operational roles using
qualitative and quantitative research methods
2. Support research on intent, discipline, integrity, and ownership, with a
focus on workplace behavior measurement
3. Translate real-world workplace scenarios into structured psychometric
assessment items and questionnaires
4. Assist in mapping and validating behavioral differences between high and
low performers using basic analytics and pattern recognition
5. Synthesize insights from industry conversations, interviews, and field
observations into research summaries
6. Support pilot testing of psychometric tools, including documentation,
feedback analysis, and iteration
