Pre Sales Executive - Internship

The Pre-Sales Executive serves as the critical link between potential
customers and the sales team, initiating engagement, understanding customer
needs, presenting tailored real estate solutions, and ensuring a smooth
transition through the sales pipeline. This role combines market
understanding, communication excellence, and process discipline to drive
qualified leads and enhance conversion efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Customer & Market Engagement

1. Proactively reach out to domestic and international prospects through
outbound calls, emails, and messaging to generate new leads.
2. Manage inbound inquiries from property portals, campaigns, and walk-ins,
identifying customer intent, budget, location preferences, and investment
objectives.
3. Present detailed project information, pricing, amenities, floor plans, and
payment structures with confidence and clarity.
4. Schedule, confirm, and follow up on site visits, ensuring prospects are
smoothly guided through each step of the decision-making process.
5. Address client queries and handle objections professionally, ensuring a
high-quality customer experience.

B. Internal Collaboration & Process Management

1. Coordinate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead
generation strategies, campaign performance, and conversion goals.
2. Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM, capturing lead details,
interactions, and activity updates.
3. Share valuable market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer
feedback with internal teams to support informed business decisions.
4. Support seamless handover of qualified leads to the sales team, ensuring
continuity in customer engagement.

C. People & Team Development

1. Assist and collaborate with sales colleagues in follow-up strategies and
client coordination.
2. In larger teams, guide and support junior pre-sales executives or new
joiners on qualification techniques and communication best practices.

Typical Day-to-Day Activities:

1. Identify, qualify, and nurture domestic and NRI leads through personalized
outreach (calls, WhatsApp, and email).
2. Conduct a detailed client need analysis and recommend suitable projects
based on requirements.
3. Schedule, coordinate, or accompany clients for property tours and
meetings.
4. Manage and update all client and activity data in CRM systems with
accuracy.
5. Prepare and share client-facing materials such as presentations,
brochures, and project briefs.
6. Stay updated on ongoing projects, new launches, competitor pricing, and
local real estate trends.
7. Participate in sales huddles, campaign reviews, and internal training
sessions to improve process efficiency and conversion outcomes.
