Performance/Growth Marketer - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in setting up and managing Facebook & Google Ads campaigns.
2. Conduct audience research and analyze customer behavior for better
targeting.
3. Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience
segmentation.
4. Work with the creative team to develop engaging ad copies and visuals.
5. Track KPIs like CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates, and prepare performance
reports.
6. Stay updated with the latest trends in paid advertising to enhance
campaign effectiveness.
7. Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign
execution and timely deliverables.
