Performance Marketing Specialist - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms,
including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Bing, and Reddit.
2. Manage and scale monthly ad spends ranging from 1k to 100k+, ensuring
profitable ROAS and acquisition targets.
3. Set up and manage tracking, pixels, retargeting, and conversion
optimization across all platforms.
4. Set up partner access from clients' ad accounts to the company's ad
accounts.
5. Collaborate with creative teams to brief, test, and refine ad creatives
for maximum performance.
6. Occasionally create quick-turn creatives using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT,
Midjourney) and Canva for testing purposes.
7. Update and maintain landing pages using WordPress, Shopify, or CMS as
required.
8. Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze key metrics, and produce
detailed performance reports.
9. Make proactive recommendations on budget allocation, platform
opportunities, creative testing, and offer optimization.
10. Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging
marketing trends to maintain peak campaign performance.
11. Build, launch, and optimize digital marketing systems, including funnels,
CRM setups, and marketing automation.
12. Drive ROI-focused reporting with clear, actionable insights (no vanity
metrics).
13. Spot trends, test bold new ideas, and push digital boundaries.
