Performance Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Campaign Setup: Assist in the setup and launch of new campaigns, including
basic retargeting and standard prospecting ads on Meta and Google Ads.
2. Daily Monitoring & Pacing: Consistently check live campaigns to ensure
budget pacing, track delivery, and identify any critical errors or issues.
3. Optimization & Adjustments: Implement minor optimizations, such as
adjusting bids, pausing low-performing ads, and ensuring proper audience
segmentation.
4. Performance Reporting: Compile simple weekly reports summarizing key
metrics (ROAS, CPA, Clicks) and campaign performance insights.
